Definition Of Culinary Arts

Culinary Arts is the art of preparing and cooking foods. The word "culinary" is defined as something related to or connected with cooking. A culinarian is a person working in a culinary arts. A culinarian working in a restaurants is commonly known as cook or a chef. Culinary artists are responsible for skillfully preparing meals that are pleasing to the palate as to the eye. They are required to have the knowledge of the science and understanding about the diet and nutrition. They work primarily in restaurants, delicatessens, hospitals and other institutions. Kitchen conditions vary depending on the type of the business, restaurants, nursing home and other than that. The table arts or the art of having food can also be called as "culinary arts".

          Assalamualaikum, my name is Sufidatul Asni Binti Che Ahmad Mokhtar and my group members name  is Rafiq Bin Rizal, Nur Farahin Binti Mohd Salleh and Nur Hidayah Binti Jemain, we are student from Politeknik Ibrahim Sultan, Johor Bharu,  we have create this blog to fulfill our task for subject

            For our group, our main topic in this blog is about how to make a chocolate. Besides that, we also learn about vegetable and fruit carving, butter sculpture, cake deco, sugar work, styrofoam carving and ice carving in our subject that be handled by Puan Marlina. In this blog we also have upload our group member's
fruit carving video that we have learn in our class.
